Archived webinar. As part of EPA's oil-spill prevention rule (SPCC), operators of facilities with tanks containing petroleum liquids, such as fuel and asphalt binder must have a tank inspection program including periodic inspections and/or integrity testing. NAPA worked with the Steel Tank Institute (STI) to develop a consensus-based tank inspection standard for thermoplastic materials, such as asphalt binder, for incorporation into the STI SP-001 tank inspection standard.
